Reading each team's fixture shape across the season

This chart plots the odds-led fixture difficulty score (0-100, higher is harder) for every Premier League team across the whole season, GW1-38. The dotted line is the league-average difficulty across every team's fixtures, so any stretch of a team's line sitting clearly below it is an easier-than-average run, and any stretch above it is harder than average.

The shaded green band marks each team's easiest six-gameweek run and the shaded red band its hardest, both found by scanning every six-gameweek window across the season. Use the position toggle to see the same shape from a goalkeeper, defender, midfielder or forward's point of view, since fixture difficulty differs by position — a fixture can be kind to a team's forwards while still being tough for its defenders.
